The 26 September point comes from the 26 September side of panel-country-shares-26-to-27-september-2026, which recorded zero streams and zero artists that day for the two countries (Guinea, Algeria) that reappear on 27 September; no other periphery country was present. The 1 October point comes from the current africa-global brief, cross-checked against spotify-african-artists-global. The 30 September row is derived, not directly snapshotted: no standalone country-concentration dataset was built that day, so its split is reconstructed by adding the two artists panel-change-30sep-01oct-2026 recorded as dropped between 30 September and 1 October (Fireboy DML, Nigeria; Zee Nxumalo, South Africa) back onto that dataset's 48 matched-artist country counts.
