Thirteen rows were flagged and all thirteen are listed here with the decision taken, because a flag is not a finding and these decisions are the only record that anyone looked. Each row was checked by reading the artist's actual charting markets and entries first. Eleven of the thirteen were flagged and decided the same way on 12 September and are carried forward on the same basis. Two are new to the queue: Tchubi, flagged because a name search placed him, was confirmed Moroccan from published biography naming him as a rapper and producer born in Rabat, and he charts only on Morocco's own chart; Shimza, flagged because he has no African chart presence, was confirmed South African from published biography naming Tembisa as his home, and his only charting market is Portugal, which is a market Spotify publishes a chart for while his home market's chart carried him on neither date. A flag is not the same as an error: an artist charting only outside Africa is exactly what an exporting artist looks like. No row was reclassified.
