Claims about owning 100 per cent of rights are not counted as a rate, because copyright ownership is not a revenue share. cut_paid_pct is the cut a paying artist's own documents provide for; cut_other_pct is any larger cut stated elsewhere in the same documents, which for InterSpace is its free plan and for Songdis is its Professional plan.
